161 Unplugged is a night for young people to get on stage, try something out, and perform for a live audience in a supportive space.

Music • Singing • Bands • Poetry • Spoken Word • Comedy 

You don't need professional experience. You don't need a following. And you definitely don't need to be perfect. Whether you've performed a hundred times or this is your first time in front of an audience, you're welcome here.

Sign up below to reserve a spot in the lineup.

Solo performers, duos and groups are welcome. Tell us what you'd like to perform and what you'll need on stage.  Original material and covers are both welcome. Keep performances appropriate for a teen/community event.

Musicians can bring their own instruments. If you're performing with a backing track, have it ready on your phone. Basic sound equipment and microphones will be available.  WE HAVE A DRUM KIT AND A FEW GUITARS AVAILABLE TO BORROW. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED THEM. 

Advance signup is encouraged. If there is room in the lineup, we may also take performers at the door.

Teen Unplugged is also for the audience.

Come hear some music, discover somebody new, support your friends, or just hang out. 

Friends, parents and family are welcome.

Admission is completely FREE.

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Donations to support Mount of Angels' free youth arts programs are welcome, but never required.
